Salon Policy

Cancellations
We ask that you give us the courtesy of calling 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $25 fee may be applied to a no call, no show appointment.

Appointments
Walk-ins are welcome.  However, if there is a particular stylist/technician you would like to request, we recommend that you make an appointment.
A courtesy email or text message reminder will be sent a few days before your appointment.  If you are late for an appointment, we will do what we can to service you but be advised that you may have to reschedule.
 
Product Returns
Returns are accepted on all unused hair care products or unopened packages within 60 days of purchase and will be given a full exchange credit toward the purchase of another product. All sales are final on brushes, combs, hair accessories or discounted items.

Service Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with every hair service you receive. After 48 hours of a haircut and one week of any color service, if you are not fully satisfied, please call us and we will be happy to make any changes.  Goldhill Salon cannot guarantee services if they have been altered or non-recommended products were used at home.
 
Tips
Tips are greatly appreciated for satisfactory service. We prefer cash or check tips, but can also accept tips on a credit card transaction.
 
Free Wifi Services
We offer free wifi services for our clients. Just ask for the password upon checking in at the front desk.
 
Medical Condition Disclosures
Please inform us of any medical conditions you have or if you are under a physician’s care at the time of your appointment. Conditions such as pregnancy, extreme skin sensitivities or allergies, high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart conditions are of special interests to our team.

Complimentary Neckline Trim for Men
Goldhill Salon offers one complimentary neckline trim if you return within 21 days of your haircut.

Children policy
For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we ask that children under the age of 10 enter the salon for services only.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Check. Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for your gift giving convenience and can be purchased for any desired amount in-store or online here.

Waxing
Please allow one week between using Retin A/Retinol and receiving a waxing treatment.  Also, let us know if Accutane has been used.

Foot/Nail/Skin Conditions
If you are experiencing a foot/nail/skin condition, please seek medical care before scheduling an appointment.  Goldhill Salon understands that you may not know you have a condition and upon our examination reserves the right to not perform your service for the health and safety of all our guests and team members.
